Help! Dyshidrotic Eczema anyone?!

Question

So... I have been extremely itchy on my hands and feet. The doctors thought it was ICP but a dermatologist has confirmed it ia dyshidrotic eczema or pompholyx. It has been a nightmare for 10 days now, the itchiness and discomfort doesn't let me sleep, I have small blisters on my toes and between my fingers. They told me to soak them in boric acid and water, use a lotion for sensitive skin and a betametasone creme at night. Nothing helps so far. I am suffering, any suggestions? Any survivors? :(

I have had eczema since I was very little, and experienced a staph infection when I was about 9 or 10 (literally head to toe in rashes, scabs, and redness). It's gotten a lot better as I've gotten older, but i remember my mom running a lukewarm bath for me with a little milk and plain oatmeal. They really soothe your skin and help with irritation. Hot water won't make it better bc it draws out the irritation more. Also I had an ointment prescribed to me called triamcinalone (not sure about spelling sorry), and it worked wonders. Very thick and oily, but I had to lather it on every night to even be able to sleep properly. Hope you find something that helps!!

You can look up diets for eczema because some foods and drinks and ingredients trigger it. Like milk and bread. My daughter has super bad eczema so I cut back dairy from her diet and it's working so far.
