So I have the NuvaRing. My doctor said it was okay to skip periods. I've skipped for 3 months now. I have it in now. I saw spotting a few days ago but it stopped. Last night my guy and I had sex. Either he tore me or I'm starting my period, most likely both. I'll call my doctor tomorrow. But I'm just so worried about it. I don't know if I should take the ring out or not. What would you do? 😭
