Feeling lonely

Hello everyone. I am currently 20 weeks and 4 days pregnant. My boyfriend and I never planned on this happening since I am only 19. He always is working mornings and is thinking about working full time. I also work full time but my schedule is not set so I work different hours almost every day. He has 2 days off a week but we never seem to have them the same days I do and I feel like I am spending this entire pregnancy by myself. Is this feeling gonna stay the same once the baby is born? Am I gonna be the only one taking care of this child?
