mucous plug?

Question

Anybody else already starting to lose it? I noticed today that I'm losing pieces one by one. I understand this doesn't mean anything regarding when I go into labor etc just wondering if anybody is going through the same. I'm 34w3d. I never lost it with my first so I'm a little excited that it's actually happening this time around. :)

I lost mine at 29 weeks they checked me and I was dilated to 1 cm. Dr wasn't worried about it. Said it regenerates on its own so he said drink lots if water. And this morning I lost a big chunk again he's in call at the hospital and said not to worry unless I get contractions that are steady or any heavy bleeding.

I've started losing bits over the last week. I'm 32.5 currently, 2nd child. I think I read that they can regrow really quickly so it may not mean anything? Didn't have this with my first, but then, I was really busy/stressed and may not have noticed.
