I was in the hospital last night for contractions and they're back today 😭

Last night I went in because I was having contractions. I'm 28 weeks. They said most were irritability, but some looked like real contractions. They gave me fluids through an IV and the contractions calmed down (didn't completely go away) and they sent me home. Now they're back and they seem super close together. I have an appointment tomorrow so I'm gonna try to just rest and drink tons of water until then. Ugh, baby, you're not ready yet! :(
