Men and Commitment Issues?

I've posted advice needed posts before but hopefully this one will really give me a clear mindset and an idea on what to do.

So my I've known my ex for 6 years who now is my boyfriend, because we recently got back together and we are way better now than ever. My problem is he has no desire to even be engaged. He doesn't want to be married until 30, which is 7 years from now and I've told him that's too long and he says bummer. At this point we know each other well, so I don't know if I should stay and wait or leave for good.
