Pregnancy Surprised

Found out I'm pregnant during a trip to the ER. Definetly not planned but extremely excited and scared due to my high risk of age, background in cancer and o it having one kidney. Worried about all the rest to come. Waiting for my first OBGYN appt since I have chosen my OB. It's been a while I don't remember everything and have had bad memory since kidney surgery. It all seems new and my children are now 13 and 15.
