is constipation worse while pregnant?
24+4 days. This pass couple days I've been having lots of constipation pain and I'll go poo...and then pain will go away and then later I'll have it again really bad and I'll go poo and then it happens again...this is super tmi. What can I do to avoid getting constipated? And I ask if it's worse during pregnancy because the constipation pain just feels worse. Idk sorry...
