TTC after Gastric Sleeve

Ok so I had the gastric sleeve 4/27/16 so I am over a year out now. I have lost 80 pounds since my surgery. I am still considered obese. I started at 340 and am now down to 260. Weight loss has slowed and become almost non existent at this point. My husband and I have been TTC for a year and a half with no success. Has anyone else had the sleeve? Any recommendations to help me? Most say they become fertile immediately after surgery I just don't know what to do 😩
