ingrown hair? help!!

Has anyone seen this before? It's on my pubic area, dark, slightly raised, and I've never seen this before!! Looks like its indented, also looks like it's a hole, the pictures below are zoomed in a lot, Its actual size is tiny like smaller than a grain of rice, any advice would be so appreciated

The further away pics look like an ingrown, but I'm not sure about the close up. Generally if you squeeze it, and it's an ingrown it will come out when it looks like that, along with material that looks like a blackhead. If it's not an ingrown, I don't know what it is....
