glucose test ?!

I have my glucose test tomorrow at 1145. What can I eat ? What can I not eat ?

You need to ask if you have to fast. If you don't have to fast you should eat what you normally eat. Trying to eat really healthy to manipulate the test and pass isn't going to help you or your baby if you have GD.

I had my test at 10:30am and I was told to eat before. I ate around 8-8:30 am, 5 small scrambled eggs with only a little bit of salt and pepper, I also tried to melt some American cheese on top but it didn't melt, but I used 2 pieces of cheese. And then a bottle of water. But NO carbs, NO fruit and NO sugars lol and I passed my test just fine. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be.

My doctor told me a piece of toast with peanut butter for breakfast was fine but no juice like 24 hours prior.

I wasn't given any kind of instructions and I failed the 1 hour so I had to do the 3 hour 😩
