bumps on tongue!

Help! These pink bumps showed up on my tongue out of nowhere last night and I am not sure what it might be, or if I should worry or not. 😕 They're annoyingly tender and a bit swollen.

I am 24. I haven't changed sexual partners. I've been incredibly stressed over the last week/weekend because of work/school and been on my period at the same time.

This is the first time this has appeared on my tongue and I am worried. Any idea what it might be? Any remedies to deal with these?
