Opinions on Crossfit?
I do know however that it can be a VERY dangerous sport as a lot of Olympic weightlifting movements are Strenuous. And crossfit in general is strenuous. But it's challenging and has helped me fight my depression, anxiety and ED.
And generally (from MY experience) out of the 5 people that were hurt (all minor injuries) 3 of them were because they didn't listen to the coach... so I think another reason it's dangerous may just be that people aren't listening. But that doesn't apply to everyone:
