For those who got their rainbows

I'm wondering, at what point did you feel free to be excited about your pregnancy? Did you worry the entire time? For those who have had multiple losses that resulted in D&Cs, were you scared your cervix wouldn't be strong enough? Did you ask your doctor to reinforce your cervix with a stitch? I haven't gotten my rainbow yet, but I'm asking because at times I feel like quitting because idk if I can mentally stand another loss.
