Tattoo 😍

I'm in the process of designing a tattoo for me. (I'm thinking either a sleeve, calf, thigh or forearm piece) I want it have meaning. Can anyone help with some ideas. I was mentally and physically abused and it was so bad to the point were I wanted to commit suicide (I have tried to) I want my tattoo to represent how strong I've been through all of that.
