Transverse baby at 34 weeks

So I'm worried. When I went for the growth scan, the doctor told me the baby was transverse. I have quite a few fears. 1. Is he going to move in time? 2. Is this hurting him in any way? 3. Will this end up a c section?? Is this less of an issue than a breech baby? If anyone has experienced this, I'd love some feedback.
