Hey ladies, I'm only 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant but came home just now after a busy day, went to pee and noticed a tiny amount of what looked like pale brown discharge, I know it's a lot of toooo much info but I did an internal too to see if any more would come out (so sorry) and nothing so guessing that's a good sign, but I did feel what felt like a lump on my cervix. Is this a normal pregnancy cyst? I'm in tears with worry. Course midwife won't see me until I'm maybe 10 weeks so I haven't called GP for app as yet. What do you think? :(
