evening primrose oil

So I've been taking evening primrose oil orally since 35 weeks. Once I hit 37 I did one vaginally. Everyone kept telling me beware cause it's super messy! But I put the capsule up there last night before bed and had no leakage of the oil at all. Even when I woke up in the morning to pee there was no oil in the toilet. Did I do it right?? I thought it was supposed to leak?
