35+6 weeks

I have been having some contractions on and off but nothing to say oh my its time but I also have a lot of pressure down there and last few days been really gas and so today of I have been having gas so to what I though was gas was not it and my stomach is cramping again so I am having watery poop does this mean something or no I go to the doctor tomorrow
