Boy troubleeeee

Sooo I've been seeing this guy lately he was asking to hangout and I finally said yes , we've only been to his house no actual dates he always feels me up and we get a little naughty almost sex but not sex.. and he also treats me like we are dateing but we aren't like he kisses my hands/holds them and one time he checked to see if I was warm Bc I was feeling sick (cute I know) the only problem is he NEVER texts me unless it's to make plans do you think he likes me or like ????
