Sucking it up

Today I came to the realization that I need to suck it up and be the primary parent then my hubby can just be the financial provider, I mean that's how it's been for 8 months. I need to stop complaining and just do it. I haven't asked for his help this long so I don't need to now. The part that gets me is he won't even notice.. why isn't parenting instinctual?
