ladies I need advice..

Can any of you lovely ladies give me tips on how to make your foundation look flawless and full coverage?

I use the YSL touché Eclat le teint foundation which I love but I wanna know how could I make it look more full coverage? I have a cool undertone which is annoying as you can see my red Rosie cheeks lol
