What do you think I have?

I don't know if I'm experiencing Braxton hicks contractions or gas cramps but I've been achy all night and haven't had much sleep. I have been getting horrible indigestion. I'm 30 weeks. I did vomit twice with these cramps.but no menstrual cramps feeling. It just feels like a pinch nerve or gas cramp. I have done everything. My next stop is doctor but I just wanted your opinion before I call my doctor
