I bought a box and smoked 2 cigarettes in total none today..(haven't breastfeed or pumped since) I felt super guilty and threw away the box & am ready to continue breastfeeding and pumping ... do I need to pump and dump the nicotine or how does it work? I'm concerned my baby will get nocotine in her system
