Any Ideas

So i got my period on Tuesday and didnt have any pain symptoms or anything i felt normal it was the easiest period ever lol, but it came out super heavy and only lasted 3 days. I usually bleed for about 6 days this is the first time i got it for only 3 days is it something i should worry about? And on the last day of my period i didnt have any brown blood like the last days.
