12w cramps!? HELP

This morning I noticed I've been experiencing some low grade cramping. The best way I can describe it is like mild period cramps. No bleeding, no spotting, no unusual discharge but since I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy I'm kind of concerned 😬 I have 2 toddlers to chase around so I can't exactly rest..but is it worth calling my doctor? I don't remember these pains with my girls..but could it be growing uterus pains? Stress?? I just don't know 😵 anyone else experience cramping around 12 weeks??
