Im so sick i can hardly function
How do working women cope? And how the hell is it a secret for 3 months?!
I've had 2 hospital visits this week alone (one emergency) so I've had to tell my manager.
I feel like I'll need a few weeks off if things keep on this way.
I could sleep 20h a day, can hardly eat and I'm throwing up water every few hours.
On top of it all, my scan shows a week behind what I thought. Only in my 7th week 😭
