so I just saw this new hashtag #cutyourgirlshairchallenge on facebook with a video of a guy cutting his girlfriends hair while she was sleeping and laughing in her face while she damn near had a break down, if I'm right that's technically assault isn't it? 🤔

In PA near where I am from,  man cut the beards off of a bunch of Amish men. They were tried for assault and battery.

In some cultures length of hair is very important. For example as a foster mom I'm not allowed to cut native children's hair in care without permission, so yes I think it's assault.

Yes. You are doing something to someone's body without their consent. You know beforehand that they do not want you to do that and that it will hurt/upset them. If you wouldn't be okay with someone cutting the hair of a random stranger you shouldn't be okay with someone doing it to their SO.

I hope it's fake because that's a really fucked up thing to do.
