TWEAK? see a line??

I know I should probably use pink dye test but these were here so I figured why not... I'm about 7-8dpo see a faint line? I feel like I do but don't? But do?  I had some twinges the other day on side and then belly button then felt so nauseated I almost puked... figured I would test... thoughts? Thanks in advance!!! Few different pics of the test... af is hopefully not due 6/9 or 6/10
