third baby after many years???

Question

I'm expecting a baby girl this July after having a 9yr old and 11yr old. Just wondering if anyone's in a similar boat or have experience with it? Just wondering how the body handles labor and if the kids are a help or if it's harder on the older ones? I'm VERY nervous, more for my kiddos than anything!

We have a 10 year old and 9 year old and now an 11 month old baby boy :) (and now expecting #4 next year). 
They were 9 and 8 when baby brother was born. It has been amazing. They absolutely love their baby brother. They are both a huge help! They dote on the baby, actually help me if need be, and can be mini baby-sitters. Baby brother loves his big bro and sis and it's just the best thing in the world 💙. I had some underlying health issues when we had him, so it was hard on my body, but once the first couple trimesters passed, it was easy peasy and normal. Delivery was good, too, as was recovery. (I did tear and need 40+ stitches, but baby was positioned weird and coming hard and fast, so.... couldn't have prevented that. 
All in all, it's been awesome for our family :)
