I've been on the pill for 3 months already, and I spot / bleed a lot. Any idea when my body will get use to it?

I would talk to your doctor, my body adjusted within the first two months. The first month my body got familiar, a little early spotting. And the second month I was good to go. I've been on the Pill for over 10 years with a break between and it was the same adjustment time even when I went on a different brand. For sure you should talk to your doctor if you're still not adjusting to it after 3 or 4 months.
