Diaper Pail

Expecting twin girls in late July and am finalizing a list of odds and ends we still need for them. We had our shower 2 weeks ago and got tons of stuff so we are pretty much all set on the bigger items but one thing we didn't get was the diaper pail. The more I'm thinking about it-is it really worth it? I registered for the munchkin brand which requires it's own liners (like most do) and I'm thinking with the amount of diapers we'll be going through it may just be a $ pit. We have our huge garbage can outside the house so would it make more sense to just dispose of diapers there?
