Hemorrhoid Help!!! 😰

Has anyone had a hemorrhoid so bad in late pregnancy that was bleeding? I'm so lost here. I went to urgent care yesterday and they prescribed me a steroid (hydrocortisone and lidocaine) but after two days, it's only been worse and started to bleed. I'm feeling fine in my pregnancy otherwise, I'm 36 weeks and really worried about going into labor with this bleeding and swelling.
