Attempted to push my earring back in 😓

My first holes on my ears have been closed for YEARS.. well two days ago my dumb self decided to try to push an earring (DULL one at that, and not cleaned 🙄) back through the hole that was 80% closed up.. well I failed and it just swelled and got purple. Well it's been two days and it's still pretty swollen and pink and hurts SOOO bad like I can't touch it at all or lay on that side. It's killing me! I'm just praying for it to not be infected 😩 anyone have any experience with this?
