morning sickness

So I'm about 10 weeks pregnant and have a horrible, horrible morning sickness with Just Unrelentless nausea. I work with children all day I'm a teacher so does anyone have any remedies that I can try while in my classroom to help reduce the nausea and keep me from throwing up every five minutes?
