spotting then some bleeding then stopped all..very confused?!?!

Started with light pink spotting then some blood then went back to 2 days of brown spotting... my period has never been that short. I am now experiencing nausea sore and sensitive boobs dizziness frequent urination. I wanna take a test but I afraid it will be negative.  If I am pregnant I would be 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Anyone else experience? this please help 😊
