anyone having the same?

Past two weeks I've been having a really bad pain on the top of my stomach right by the beginning of my ribs, it's mainly on the right side! It hurts so much to even touch my skin, when I walk it hurts! Feels like a stabbing pain! Doctor has said it's probably just the baby but I'm in so much pain I'm worried it may not be the baby! Anyone having this? I'm 26 weeks pregnant
