I had a miscarriage last week Thursday (4 days ago) at almost 6 weeks. My husband and I were intimate 2 days ago. Today I'm feeling nauseous and my body temperature is back up (like it was when I was pregnant). I want to be pregnant again, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up! It could just be the flu 😞 is it possible to conceive THAT quickly?

You won't ovulate again until your levels are back to negative. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks and it took my levels 10 days to go back. Your hormones are still all over the place.
