tips on getting pregnant?

I got off my birth control about 4-5 months ago. I was on the pill, I've heard it's pretty average that your "system" goes back to normal after about 2-3 months.. I am looking to get pregnant, anyone have any tips on getting pregnant faster or to increase my Chances? Let me know, thanks!

I recently stopped oral birth control and my husband and I just recently started trying for baby #1. I've just been doing ovulation predictors so far to determine when I should be ovulating and I plan to add monitoring basal body temperature as well as the 2 seem to go hand in hand with monitoring for ovulation. I'd recommend to start monitoring for ovulation if you haven't already. That way you know exactly when you're most fertile and when chances of pregnancy are highest. I've gained a lot of insight by browsing through other people's posts on here too by the way.  I hope this helps!
