what's everyone's bmi?

Question

Please no scaremongering , can you tell me what your bmi is and if you've had good  pregnancies? I know I'm nae the slimmest but I also have done a lot of karate in my life so would consider some of it muscle( I hope lol) I'm just freaked out at how muchy bmi was and want to see if I'm not alone?? Thanks muchly :)

My BMI was 31 at the beginning of preg 28 after losing almost 15 lbs in the first tri. My first pregnancy it was far lower 23 I believe (I kept in some baby baby weight) my second I was technically obese at 32 at the beginning and was just advised to watch my weight gain. Even though I was quite a bit heavier neither pregnancy had any adverse effects due to my weight/BMI, perfectly healthy pregnancies both times. Now pregnant with my third and fourth babes (twins) both my OB and maternal fetal specialist are unconcerned as long as I am not gaining at rapid pace. Good luck mom! Don't stress about you weight now, your making a baby, it will go up, but it will be so worth it! I've fluctuated a lot, my goal now is to simply eat healthier and watch my weight gain so it is consistent but minimal.

24.62 now at 14 weeks pregnancy, but that's only because I've lost six pounds. Was considered "overweight" at the beginning of the pregnancy.

I wouldn't worry. Mine is 27. My midwife calculated it for me and told me technically I'm overweight and to gain about 25lbs during pregnancy. I thought she was going to tell me I was obese and not to gain more than 15. She didn't seem concerned with my weight in the least and this is actually the heaviest I've ever been in my life (guess age is catching up with me, I'm almost 30)

I would Gage bmi too much. I calculated mine at like 24 or 25 which is high end of normal. While I haven't worked out a ton recently but I feel like i gain muscle really quickly/ have a decent amount of muscle and still wear a size 4 and small. I think I'm 1 # off of being considered overweight for my size....
