What do I really need!?! Hospital bag

Hey Mommas!

I'm 31 weeks and feel I really need to get in gear! I'm feeling very under-prepared.

Can you ladies please help me out! 
What are the must-haves / what do I really need to have packed for the hospital. 
( I've pinterested it, and I have checklists to follow but I want real advice!)

Will I need a fully packed diaper bag as well?

A good pillow. A chargers for all your electronics. Comfy sweats. Nipple cream if you're breastfeeding. Toiletries. The end.

They hospital provides pretty much everything for baby. You'll need a going home outfit, socks, mittens, carseat , and blanket to cover baby.

For you... robe if you want one , socks or slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. The hospital will have soap and shampoo but I always bring my own travel sized toiletries. Deodorant,  Hair tye, chapstick, phone charger , camera,  going home outfit for you remember you'll still be swollen and sore so make it comfortable. I bring loose underwear that I don't care about getting ruined to wear home. Snacks for my husband so he doesn't have to run to the caferia. Comfortable pajamas if you want to change out if the hospital gown after delivery. If you're breastfeeding, Nursing bra. The hospital will have lanisol and nursing pads if you need them while there.

I agree with everything Wendy stated plus a towel in case your water breaks or is leaking so you have something to sit on in the car without getting fluid on your seats plus a plastic bag to toss it in to take home to be washed or thrown out. And flip flops for the shower.
