Help, would you be upset..

So my boyfriend and I currently don't live together. We have an 11 month old son, my boyfriend has been sick the past week but now he is better. I asked if he wanted to come hangout and he said "wtf, it's already 8" keep in mind I haven't seen him in a week and he hasn't seen or son in that long. Would you be upset? For one 8 isn't even that late... lol especially if you claim to love someone wouldn't you want to see them.. We live about 15 mins away from eachother
