Stomach behind

My babys stomach is measuring about 2 weeks behind. My OB is not concerned at this point because it's still within normal size. She didn't mention checking it again. From what I've read it's worth looking in to just incase there is a new growth restriction that may get worse. At my 20 week scan the stomach wasn't behind at 24 weeks it is. Anyone had this happen? What was the outcome?
