Chemical Miscarriage?

First off, I know I need to go to my doctor, but I'm out of town for the next week traveling. I am about 5 weeks along and woke up this morning with faint bleeding. Throughout today, this has turned in to a full on period. Looks to be a Chemical Miscarriage. I'm not in any pain, I don't have cramps, but I'm bleeding and clotting, just as I would if I was on my period. Anyone else have a similar experience? I just wanted some confirmation until I can get to my doctor next week. This is my first pregnancy and I just want to confirm this is what's happening. Thank you!!!
