30 weeks 50% effaced and 1cm dilated
Went to the doctors yesterday for heart racing and difficulty breathing, found out I'm 1cm dilated and 50% effaced and I'm still contracting. Not sure what this means now but I'm worried that work will make it worse seeing as I have to stand all day and do somewhat heavy lifting
