help!

I'm on the pill seasonique because i'm prone for having ovarian cysts. I've had two within the past year. I'm 16, and i've noticed that for a couple months now every time i reach my point i have a terrible cramping pain in my lower abdomen. This makes being intimate SHITTY, and leaves me curled up in a ball for almost an hour until the pains die down. I have a very weird strict mom so i cant be like "hey mom can i visit the doctor because i hurt everytime i cum" haha no. I'd rather stay on the downlow and away from her about the topic in general. My doctor is in another state so she'd have to take me, however, she's always in the room so it's quite awkward. The doctor broke my hymen during an ultrasound so if they ask if i'm sexually active, i'm not, however my hymen is gone. Its very weird to have to explain pains after masturbation and is not a topic i'd like to discuss however the pains are getting excrutiating and if me and my boyfriend decide to go further soon i'll be bar shit scared
