fever while pregnant?

I guess I have a bug.. :/ threw up 3 times last night within an hour and #2'd 6 times. Im almost 32 weeks pregnant, and i just checked my temperature, it was 101.8. And thats with me feeling better so i assume i had a even higher one earlier today (i felt extremely bad). What kind of medicine can i take for the fever to go down? Also all ive had today is half a can of chicken noodle soup and a popcicle. My stomach can't handle anything. What are some good easy stuff on belly to eat and drink?
