Today's Issue How many are experiencing this?

So I'm 36 weeks 1 day and I have this headache that's out of this world. It started 2and a half days ago. On top of that I have been having horrible cramping and BH since this morning (TMI) but my bum seems to have lots of pressure like I have to poop. I've also haven't been able to keep anything down. Tried drinking water and laying down and about 10min later it came up. Tried to eat crackers and drink ginger ale came back up. I'm sipping on some water now and it's super sweet why I don't know. I called my OB just waiting on them to call me back. Has any of you ladies experienced this? This isn't my first pregnancy by far but all of this is new to me as I have always been induced in the past.
