I Hate The Third-Trimester: VENT!

Katy
I'm posting this just to get my feelings out about how much the third trimester sucks. I'm 34 almost 35 weeks due July 16th so we're almost there! And don't get me wrong, I love being pregnant so much and I'm overly grateful to even be able to have children, and carry children of my own. This is our first baby and it's been the best thing that's ever happened to us. That being said, there's a lot of things about being pregnant that ISNT the best thing that has ever happened to me. I had a wonderfully easy first and second trimester as well, I had practically 0 symptoms and if it wasn't for that fact we tried to conceive her or me not getting a period, I wouldn't of even known I was pregnant. Which is probably why I'm suffering now hahha. The first thing I hate about the third trimester is the giant kicks and jabs. Everyone has told me, oh no, you'll miss those little kicks when they're gone! I don't think so. I can't sleep. I can't sit. I can't walk when she's having an active day. She's smashing my ribs apart and pulling my nerves to pieces. I bet my entire inside is a giant black bruise. Again, don't get me wrong, I love feeling her move knowing she's healthy and alert and active. I just wish she didn't rip my insides apart. The next thing I hate is not being able to sleep. I hate having to lie in only 3 positions and even in those 3 positions, my baby and I are having a war about which one we're going to settle on. (She usually wins every war). My spine also after 30 mins of losing such war, will start to ache in pain because it knows I'm back on my left side again tonight and it's not happy about it. Thus starting another war with our daughter. Another thing I hate is the burps. They're not just your average burps. Almost every time I'm done eating, I'm burping/throwing up in my mouth because my stomach is practically in my throat and it's the most disgusting thing in the world. Nothing like tasting your dinner all over again mixed with stomach acid and a hint of what you had for lunch. YUM! Let me know what you guys have been hating about your third trimester so we can all lovingly vent together! ⬇️
