overprotective parents

I am old enough to have sex and many people I know have too. They found out I had it with someone who I love and we had been together a long time and my parents flipped they didn't let him come round and I was in my exams so it made me even more stressed as he's the one who makes me happy. It's been over 3 months and I'm not allowed round his and if he's at mine the door has to be open and someone has to be at home. They have been so horrible and my mum especially shouting at me, in summer I can't even go to his nor will he be able to come to mine as my parents work so what should I do/tell them as I am very emotional I just don't know what to say to them as I get I should've told them not them finding out but I've had enough punishment and everyone who knows thinks it's unfair?
